AO – American Income Division of Globe Life is hiring a Work From Home Client Service Representative (Entry Level) to join a 100% remote team. You will conduct virtual consultations, educate families on life, accident, and health benefits, and guide clients through enrollment.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship are provided, with weekly commission-based pay and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States and located in Florida/MIAMI area gives regional context.
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone.
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development.
• State Life & Health Insurance License will be required for licensed activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone consultations with prospective and existing clients.
• Learn about families' needs and financial protection priorities.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options; provide needs-based recommendations.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment; assist with required documentation.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and follow up for ongoing service.
