Qualifications

• Passion for course related topics and helping teens succeed.
• Experience working with adolescents 13-17 from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time.
• Familiarity with digital communications platforms (email/Canvas/Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Provide async guidance, feedback and answer questions.
• Review course assignments, provide direction and answer questions.
• Answer ad hoc questions throughout the course session.
• Brainstorm and ideate with students on their final project idea(s).
• Be familiar with all course material.
• Check-in with program staff at specified periods.
• Report back on student engagement as requested.
