Job summary

Novant Health ambulatory pharmacy seeks a Medication Management Specialist to improve patient care across care settings. You will assist with medication therapy management, reviews, prior authorizations, and patient assistance applications, while coordinating with providers and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmacy, PTCB certification, and NC BOP license; on-site training with some on-site visits, and a remote option within our footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in pharmacy is required.
• PTCB Certification is required and NC BOP License is required.
• Strong communication with healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NHMG providers and clinical staff to deliver patient care.
• Assist with Medication Therapy Management and clinical outreach programs.
• Review and process refills, prior authorizations, and patient assistance applications.
