Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a Medication Line Specialist for a fully remote role (based in AZ or TX). You will serve as the main contact for patients with medication questions, refill requests, and portal issues, ensuring accurate documentation and timely access to medications.

You will support clinicians, coordinate follow-ups, and help minimize care delays through effective communication. You must have CMA/EMT-B/Pharmacy Tech certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as CMA, EMT-B, or Pharmacy Technician.
• 1+ year of experience managing prescription refill requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer service mindset.
• Working knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapies, and insurance authorization processes.
• Familiarity with SBAR documentation and communication standards.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software; prior authorization system experience preferred.
