Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (PharmD or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support prior-authorization and coverage processes for patients.
• Identify eligibility for manufacturer assistance, co-pay support and patient programs.
• Coordinate with providers, case managers and payers to ensure timely approval and delivery.
• Educate patients and staff on insurance coverage, financial resources and access options.
• Track outcomes and continuously improve processes that reduce barriers to care.
