Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years Medicare or government program experience in eligibility, premium billing or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight and monitoring of PDP Enrollment & Premium Billing operations with vendors and internal partners.
• Interpret CMS requirements to ensure processes comply with CMS guidelines.
• Monitor operational metrics, volumes, and inventory to identify issues.
• Review SLA monthly and coordinate with partners to address problems.
• Document and report monitoring results for leadership review.
