Centerfield is seeking an experienced Medicare Operations professional to support licensing, contracting, QA, and member retention in a remote capacity. You will bridge Sales, Quality, Operations, and customers, ensuring compliance and high-quality service across multiple states.

The role emphasizes licensing management, CMS guideline adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to improve carrier relationships, agent performance, and customer outcomes in a fast-paced Medicare environment.

Qualifications

• Medicare expertise and familiar with CMS guidelines and certifications.
• Active health insurance license and Medicare certification.
• Able to shift between licensing, contracting, auditing and training tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with carriers, agents, and consumers.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on positive experiences.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify and correct errors.
• Proven problem-solving and remediation skills.
• Systems-savvy with CRM platforms and carrier portals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up agents with major Medicare carriers.
• Track and maintain active licenses, AHIP certs, and writing numbers.
• Assist in portal access and troubleshoot carrier systems.
• Monitor licensing data for compliance and alignment.
• Audit calls and interactions against CMS guidelines and internal standards.
• Identify risks from QA data and support remediation training.
• Engage members with welcome calls and re-enrollment when appropriate.
• Maintain records in CRM platforms and across systems.
