Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an Eligibility Coordinator to join our Medicare PCP Enrollment Validation Team. You will perform multi-system research, provider updates, and outreach to obtain Verification of Chronic Condition while maintaining quality metrics in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience with members/providers, a basic healthcare background, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Remote work options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with members and/or providers.
• Basic healthcare background.
• Previous knowledge of provider networks.
• Outbound call experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system research and provider updates for PCP/CSNP processes.
• Validate providers and align to Medicare members.
• Outreach to obtain Verification of Chronic Condition.
• Meet demands of a high-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments as needed.
