Job summary

You will work within the Plan Sponsor Service Consultants team, collaborating across departments to ensure timely processing and superior member service in a remote U.S. role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with members and/or providers.
• Basic healthcare background.
• Previous knowledge of provider networks.
• Outbound call experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provider validation and alignment to Medicare members.
• Perform multi-system research and outbound calls for updates.
• Obtain Verification of Chronic Condition for members.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments as needed.
• Maintain quality metrics in a high-paced environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members.
