Palmetto GBA, LLC is seeking a full-time educator to teach providers about Medicare coverage, utilization statistics, and documentation. You will conduct formal calls and in-person sessions with high-denial providers and track all communications in the provider system.

You will also prepare education materials, analyze reports, and lead workshops for provider staff to improve compliance and billing practices. Remote role serving SC, NC, GA, and AL with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold active LPN/LVN/RN licensure in the state hired or a valid multistate license.
• Experience communicating medical coverage, clinical procedures, and education to providers.
• Ability to conduct workshops and educational sessions for Medicare providers.

Responsabilités

• Educate providers on Medicare coverage and utilization; document contacts in tracking system.
• Conduct formal calls or in-person educational visits for providers with high denial rates.
• Lead workshops for provider staff on coverage and documentation requirements.
• Prepare regulatory-based education materials and coordinating materials for trainings.
• Analyze reports to determine actions regarding medical reviews and provider utilization.
• Identify over-utilized services and advise on corrective actions with medical review teams.
• Assist in training medical review staff and participate in IRR studies.
