Job summary

Centene is seeking a Project Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with cross‑functional teams. You will manage requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources across the full project lifecycle to meet strategic objectives.

The role supports remote work from anywhere in the Continental United States and involves coordinating governance meetings, maintaining logs, and delivering quality documentation and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
• Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications.
• Healthcare, Medicare, and/or Compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee projects using cross functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage resources, schedule, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Create milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and department metrics.
