Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Medical Reimbursement Specialist to work remotely from the United States. You will resolve outstanding Medicare balances through research, follow-ups and appeals, while adhering to Medicare guidelines.

You will edit claims, follow up timely, monitor accounts, and pursue reimbursement for underpaid or unpaid claims, with experience in CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years experience resolving Medicare claims.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid payors.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with insurance billing and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain Medicare claims.
• Follow up on billed claims in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient accounts for accurate payment.
• Edit rejected claims identified on RTP report.
• Research unpaid or underpaid claims.
