Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking experienced Board-Certified Medical Toxicologists to join our remote team as 1099 independent contractors. You will review medical records, lab results, and toxicology reports to provide objective, evidence-based advisory opinions without patient contact.

Candidates must hold MD/DO, Texas license, and 5+ years in toxicology. This role offers flexible scheduling, no patient care, and fully remote work from Texas with administrative support from Dane Street.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Medical Toxicology or equivalent with significant toxicology experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical toxicology experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, laboratory results, toxicology reports, and medication histories.
• Prepare clear, concise clinical summaries and opinions.
• Respond to client questions related to toxicologic findings, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Provide advisory medical record reviews without patient care or direct conversations.
