Dane Street, LLC in Texas is seeking experienced Board-Certified Toxicologists to join as independent contractors for remote medical-legal reviews. You will evaluate medical records, toxicology data, and clinical documentation to provide objective advisory opinions.

This role is fully remote for physicians with Texas licensure; work schedule is flexible with no patient contact or peer discussions and Dane Street handles administrative processes and case flow. Strong clinical judgment required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Medical Toxicology or equivalent with significant experience
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in toxicology or a related clinical specialty
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
• Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, board certification, and any other certifications required to perform the role
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form
• Expertise in reviewing medical records, laboratory results, toxicology reports, medication records, and clinical documentation
• Ability to provide concise, well-supported, evidence-based clinical opinions
• Strong understanding of current clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to toxicologic conditions and treatment

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, laboratory results, medications, toxicology reports and clinical documentation.
• Prepare clear and concise clinical summaries.
• Respond to client questions related to toxicologic findings, diagnoses, treatment, causation and medical care.
• Adhere to advisory-only reviews with no peer-to-peer discussions or direct patient care.
