Job summary

Dane Street seeks experienced Board-Certified Medical Toxicologists for a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor role. You will review medical records, lab results, exposure histories, toxicology reports, and related documentation to prepare clear clinical summaries and address client questions.

The position is advisory-only with no patient care or peer-to-peer calls, requiring MD/DO, board certification in medical toxicology, Texas license, and 5+ years of clinical toxicology experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Medical Toxicology or equivalent with significant toxicology experience.
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical toxicology experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, laboratory results, medication histories, and toxicology reports.
• Prepare concise clinical summaries for clients.
• Respond to client questions related to toxicologic findings, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Provide evidence-based, objective medical opinions; advisory only.
