Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Medical Toxicology or equivalent with significant toxicology experience.
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, laboratory results, medication histories, toxicology reports, and clinical documentation.
• Prepare clear and concise clinical summaries.
• Respond to client questions related to toxicology findings, diagnoses, treatment, and causation; provide advisory opinions.
