Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service Operations representative. You will handle ~60–80 inbound calls daily, process orders for medical supplies, and resolve issues across the order lifecycle.

A universal agent will assist customers from order placement to status updates and problem resolution. The role requires 2–4 years in a high-volume call center, strong phone skills, and familiarity with order systems; remote work and weekday training are included, with Saturday

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in high volume call center preferred where communication and active listening skills have been utilized.
• Remote/work from home experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred; familiarity with order placement systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers and caregivers regarding medical supplies.
• Process orders and provide order status, information, and resolutions to customers.
• Navigate multiple systems to address customer concerns and provide first-time resolutions.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication and follow regulatory standards.
