ProPharma Distribution is seeking an energetic Medical Sales Representative for a remote role serving physicians, nurses, and administrators across 46 states and Guam. The entry-level position emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to support healthcare facilities with medications and surgical supplies.

With a starting wage of $18.00/hour and a 10% bonus on generated GP, top performers can reach substantial annual earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily.
• Manage activities in CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot).
• Prospect through cold and warm calls to generate new business.
• Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers.
• Create new customer accounts and expand partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
