Job summary

MRO Corporation seeks an ROI Service Admin to field inbound inquiries about medical records release, provide status updates and ensure timely processing. The role operates in a remote setting with hours aligned to Mountain/ Pacific Time Zones.

You will interact with hospitals and requesters, maintain HIPAA/HITECH knowledge, and participate in weekly CS meetings while supporting EMR systems to check request status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ROI processing and EMR systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound phone inquiries from requesters regarding medical records.
• Answers questions regarding status of the request; ensures prompt, courteous calls.
• Works with Supervisor to elevate complex issues.
• Maintains relationships with hospitals and requesters.
• Maintains knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and state/federal rulings.
• Participates in weekly customer service meetings to discuss trends and training.
• Accesses and navigates EMR systems to check status of inbound inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
