Responsibilities

• Conduct chart audits and virtual medical auditing to ensure compliance with medical protocols.
• Communicate corrections and required documentation to nurses via email; identify safety incident patterns.
• Collaborate with education team to develop process improvements and training tools.
• Oversee safety incidents and follow up with the medical team to prompt training updates.
• Document verbal and written warnings regarding protocol violations and guide corrective actions.
