Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Strong English language to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in biomedical engineering or related workflows.
• Strong knowledge of biomechanics, biomaterials, medical devices, and bioinstrumentation.
• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify issues such as incorrect assumptions or unsafe recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check items, identify issues, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Technical review: evaluate explanations, device reasoning, biomechanics, and safety.
• Trainer/QA communication: update on new guidelines and quality expectations.
• Question handling: respond clearly to engineering assumptions, units, and regulatory matters.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain QA documentation and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding: run training calls to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent application of guidelines.
• Risk and safety review: flag unsafe or overconfident recommendations.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA workflows.
