Job summary

Viltis is seeking a Medical Outcomes Manager for a fully remote contract in the North America Medical Affairs team. You will develop scientific, clinical, HEOR content and provide operational analytics support, shaping high-quality materials for payer engagement.

You will collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant scientific content and to track activities, customer insights, and metrics.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in a scientific, clinical, pharmacy, public health, health economics, data analytics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant life-sciences industry experience
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs, clinical affairs, scientific communications, market access, or HEOR
• Strong scientific and medical writing, editing, and presentation-development skills
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating operational and customer-interaction data
• Strong presentation and project-management skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable materials
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional setting
• Preferred: payer-facing, market access, HEOR, or value-evidence experience
• Experience with product dossiers, medical-information materials, or budget-impact materials

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, review, edit, and update scientific and HEOR materials for payer engagements
• Support development and delivery of training content for the HSPM team
• Create scientifically accurate presentations, communications, and training resources
• Support maintenance of product dossiers, budget-impact models, and medical-information letters
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report field-interaction data and metrics
• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and leadership summaries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and business objectives
• Ensure materials comply with corporate review processes and procedures
