Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Information Specialist III to deliver virtual support to customers, patients and healthcare professionals. Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with PRC registration in the Philippines and good standing.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance or healthcare call centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex medical information responses using approved resources.
• Identify, document, and escalate information requests, AEs, PQCs and other reportable data per FDA and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with US-based healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.
