Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC). You will provide timely, scientifically balanced responses to inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, payers, and patients, and assist with adverse event reporting and product complaints.

Qualifications

• Advanced healthcare degree (preferred PharmD or higher).
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, payers, and patients.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints during interactions.
• Coordinate responses across QA, Regulatory, and client teams.
• Maintain product, therapeutic area, and client knowledge.
• Medical writing support for response documents.
