Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex appointment calendars while adhering to service standards
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms in English and Spanish
• Collect and confirm information from external parties to schedule consults and follow-ups
• Escalate urgent scheduling needs or conflicts to the operations team
• Ensure documentation is updated accurately in systems
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless patient journey
