Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Medical Education Program Sr. Consultant to oversee daily operations of medical education programs, ensuring accreditation standards and quality outcomes across undergraduate and graduate education.

You will collaborate with the Medical Education Team to align programs across the system and support five teaching hospitals, LCME/ACGME/COCA requirements, and trainee curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accreditation processes (ACGME/LCME/COCA).
• Strong knowledge of trainee curriculum and assessments.
• Experience with budget management in education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation activities and prepare annual updates, self-studies, and site visits.
• Develop and implement trainee curriculum, milestones, and assessments.
• Manage budgets, affiliations, and contract documents for training programs.
