Job summary

Aledade PBC seeks a National Medical Director to lead Medical Directors and Clinical Directors, shaping clinical strategy across enterprise contracts. You will drive performance excellence, align resources, and influence stakeholders to improve value-based care outcomes.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, coordinating with executive teams, and ensuring consistent execution of programs and tools across Aledade’s portfolio. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with residency in relevant adult primary care specialty.
• 5+ years leading physician or clinical leaders.
• 2+ years direct clinical patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Medical Directors and Clinical Directors to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Align team with enterprise strategy and allocate clinical resources across portfolios.
• Represent clinical voice in cross-functional workgroups and strategy discussions.
