Aledade is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead clinical excellence across an assigned market portfolio in the Southwest region. You will champion value-based care initiatives, align with Market Leadership on clinical drivers, and deploy coaching and Aledade tools to improve outcomes across contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct clinical (patient care) experience; incl. quality improvement or population health
• Board Certification in their specialty (ABFM, etc)
• Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects across markets
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical execution in the market

Responsabilités

• Serve as Market Clinical Champion, champion Aledade’s value-based care strategy.
• Represent Clinical Voice on strategic workgroups and piloting opportunities.
