Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Medical Director - Critical Care to guide clinical strategy for a remote healthcare organization focused on critical care solutions. You will partner with commercial, regulatory, and product teams to strengthen evidence generation and inform product development.

The role requires an MD/DO/MD-PhD, 10+ years in neurology or intensivist roles with critical care experience, and credible engagement with physicians and stakeholders to advance adoption and commercialization.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MD-PhD required.
• 10+ years of clinical experience as a Neurologist or Intensivist with critical care experience.
• Critical care experience essential.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of medical strategies.
• Engage in peer-to-peer customer interactions through sales efforts.
• Educate sales teams on customer engagement techniques.
• Support marketing engagement and represent the company in talks and webinars.
• Partner with teams to generate clinical evidence and manage studies.
• Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders and physician advocates.
• Provide medical expertise across cross-functional teams for product development and regulatory support.
