Ladders is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Program Design to shape the clinical framework for a remote virtual care leader. You will drive protocol development, quality assurance, and AI-enabled workflows to scale safe, high-value care delivery.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner with product and engineering teams to improve clinical tools, set standards across growing programs, and ensure patient outcomes remain top priority in a fast-moving telehealth environment.

Formación

• MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Extensive virtual care or telemedicine experience.
• Proven clinical leadership in telehealth or high-volume virtual practice.
• Experience building, running, or auditing a clinical quality assurance program.
• Proficient in authoring and maintaining clinical protocols.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and software.
• Active medical license in good standing in one or more states.

For our client, we are seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Program Design to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the clinical framework for a virtual care organization, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and patient outcomes. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to improve clinical tools and help scale programs that support high-quality care delivery. The position blends hands‑on clinical leadership with program design, protocol development, and data-informed decision-making in a fast-moving telehealth environment. You will also help ensure clinical standards remain consistent as the organization grows, while using modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen operational efficiency and quality assurance. Location: Remote. Compensation: $250,000 – $290,000 annually.
