Job summary

CorroHealth seeks a Medical Director, Denials Management to evaluate hospitalizations nationwide, applying clinical judgment to determine admission status. You will provide expert guidance to client hospitals and maintain a predictable fully remote schedule.

The role leverages clinical knowledge for peer reviews, with salary plus uncapped bonus and a 40-hour workweek. Training is included, and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US license and strong clinical knowledge.
• Board certification preferred; 1 year acute hospital experience in past 5 years.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented approach; Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Peer-to-Peer case discussions with payer medical directors.
• Use clinical expertise to identify salient points in case reviews.
• Conduct real-time and post-discharge hospital case reviews in EMR.
• Identify areas for process improvements and optimizations.
• Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
