Qualifications

• Five or more years of clinical practice experience.
• Three (3) years of prior medical director experience in health plan or medical management.
• Strong belief in population health and strategic resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an efficient UM program.
• Perform clinical reviews and peer-to-peer discussions.
• Analyze utilization data and recommend improvements.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to clinical teams.
• Actively participate in clinical rounds.
