Job summary

Moog Medical Devices Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross‑functional projects, drive on‑time delivery, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. You will develop plans, align Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain, and lead risk management in a fast‑paced regulated environment.

This role reports to the Site Director and offers a hybrid onsite work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical project management in a regulated industry.
• Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing and cross‑functional coordination.
• PM training or certification such as PMP.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (Sciforma, MS Project, JIRA) and data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑functional project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate customer requirements into internal timelines and action plans.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Establish ownership and due dates for actions and follow up.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and regular reviews.
• Maintain visibility of critical‑path activities and align teams with commitments.
• Serve as central point of coordination between departments.
• Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation plans; escalate as needed.
• Provide concise updates on project health, risks, and milestones.
• Develop and improve standardized PM practices and reporting.
