Qualifications

• Minimal coding experience with a basic understanding of documentation guidelines.
• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records documentation needed for coding from partner facilities.
• Run detailed reports from charge capture/coding platforms for KPI monitoring.
• Prepare data worksheets for coding reviews and communicate daily assignments.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word

Intermediate knowledge of Excel

Typing speed of 50 words per minute

Ability to self‑motivate and initiate projects
