Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NCCI, OCE and LCDs mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Code all diagnoses and procedures documented in the medical record for the current encounter.
• Enter all code information in the HealthQuest system promptly.
• Adhere to government, state, and Cooper Health System compliance guidelines.
