LifeStance Health is seeking a Remote Cash Posting Coordinator to support billing activities for services across our network. The role emphasizes accurate posting of ERA/EFT payments, manual postings, and daily reconciliation in a national virtual team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical billing/RCM, with fluency in EOB interpretation and knowledge of HCFA/UB-04 codes. Flexible hours align with PST; strong Excel skills are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical billing/RCM experience.
• Basic knowledge of HCFA, UB-04, CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Mansioni

• Post payments electronically (ERA/EFT) and manually (paper/lockbox).
• Perform daily payment reconciliation and bank tracking.
• Review remittance advice and 835 files; analyze EOBs and reason codes.
• Pull remittance advices using payer websites; communicate trends to leadership.
