LifeStance Health is hiring a Cash Posting Coordinator to manage cash posting for services across our network. The role collaborates with team members and leadership to ensure accurate billing practices, with a strong emphasis on self-accountability in a virtual setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical billing/RCM, is proficient in Excel, and can work both independently and in a team. The position is remote within the United States and offers a compensation range of $20.00–$21.00 per

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of medical billing/RCM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel basics.
• Able to work in a team and independently.

Responsabilités

• Maintain current information on correct and lawful billing practices.
• Support payment reconciliation activities using bank tracking spreadsheets.
• Post payments electronically (ERA/EFT) and manually (Paper/lockbox).
• Review EDI reports and 835 files; analyze EOBs and reason codes.
• Pull remittance advices from payer portals and download 835s.
• Support posting-related projects and communicate trends to leadership.
• Adhere to policies to safeguard collections.
