Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Medical Professional to provide high-quality consultations for medical cannabis patients from a remote Pennsylvania base.

You will ensure compliant, compassionate patient care, coordinate with store teams, and support statewide initiatives under the guidance of the Regional Manager and Director of Retail. The role requires an active PA NP or PA license, strong communication and management skills, and a solid understanding of cannabis products and state

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check per NRS.
• Must complete the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course.
• Strong team management and personal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with service, dedication, pace and energy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality in all activities.
• Promote positivity, professionalism and regulatory compliance.
• Manage patient flow at entry with excellent patient care and service.
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with accurate information.
• Guide patients with cannabis recommendations including product selection and dosing.
• Mentor store managers and staff through training on compliance and best practices.
• Report issues to Store/Compliance/State leadership in real time.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Medical Professionals.
• Follow all state, federal, and nursing guidelines.
