Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking Medical Professionals to provide high-quality consultations and guidance for medical cannabis, reporting to the Regional Manager. The role emphasizes compliance, compassion, and quality patient care across store teams and partners.

Remote based in Pennsylvania, you will lead patient interactions, ensure smooth consultations, and train staff on policies, procedures, and best practices while meeting legal requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Active PA NP or PA license required and DOH MMJ registration.
• Ability to complete the PA Department of Health CME course.
• Strong compliance and regulatory mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient flow at entry, delivering professional care and service.
• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations with patients and caregivers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and state regulations in all activities.
• Communicate with store staff, vendors, marketing, inventory, HR and leadership to meet goals.
• Guide patients on cannabis product selection, dosing, and administration.
• Mentor managers and staff through training on compliance and best practices.
• Report issues to leadership in real time and participate in onboarding new professionals.
