Qualifications

• Active PA NP or PA license required for medical consultations.
• Background check in accordance with NRS.
• Completion of PA DOH CME course required.
• Strong team leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adhere to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient flow at entry and provide high-quality consultations.
• Conduct virtual and in-person patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and policy adherence in all interactions.
• Guide patients on cannabis products, dosing, and administration.
• Mentor store staff on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Compliance teams on issues in real time.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Medical Professionals.
• Adhere to state regulations, nursing guidelines, and company policies.
