You will handle high call volumes, ensure HIPAA compliance, and follow up on unresolved issues with patients or guarantors.

Required education includes a high school degree or equivalent, plus 1 year of medical customer service and call center experience.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in a medical customer service role preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word required.
• Experience with GE Centricity or EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large call volume while ensuring quality customer service and patient satisfaction
• Follow-up on all issues not resolved during conversation with patient/guarantor
• Ability to complete other related customer service duties as assigned
