The ideal candidate has substantial U.S. billing experience, ICD-10 proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing and coding is required.
• Strong proficiency in ICD-10 coding and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage claims, denials, appeals, and patient financial communications remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and coding operations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Oversee the revenue cycle from claim preparation to reimbursement.
• Coordinate insurance verification, pre-auths, and denials management.
• Support workflows and act as escalation point for billing and operational issues.
