Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking a Remote Medical Billing & Coding Adjunct Instructor to deliver online instruction and guide students through ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS II coding, and the billing cycle.

The role requires an associate's degree in a health care field with a Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding (or CPC) and three years of work experience. Prior online teaching experience is preferred, and a private home office is required.

Qualifications

• For remote roles, candidates must be located in AK, AZ, FL, GA, IN, NV, NH, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, WA, and PR.
• An associate's degree in a health care field is preferred.
• Completed Diploma in Medical Billing and Coding or Insurance; CPC certificate.
• Completed post-secondary training as a Medical Assistant, and three years of work experience.
• Prior online teaching experience is preferred.
• Must have a private office space for confidentiality.

Responsibilities
