Job summary

Revecore is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to manage accident‑related accounts from intake to resolution for hospital clients. You will submit claims to no‑fault and liability carriers and maintain accurate records in AcciClaim and SharePoint, with a high volume of calls and periods of extended holds.

The role requires 1+ year in a professional office, knowledge of health or auto insurance, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
