Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a Medical Billing, AR and Contracts Specialist for a remote, US-based position.

You will support end-to-end billing, revenue cycle, and contracting operations across clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate submissions, timely payments, and compliance with payer requirements. The role collaborates with Clinical, Contract Fulfillment, Accounting, and Leadership to maintain data integrity and drive informed operational decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable.
• Experience in an ABA or behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all daily, weekly, and monthly billing and AR operations.
• Oversee full-cycle billing for all payers, including PHC, SUSD, NVUSD, EL, NBRC, Carelon, Acumen, private pay, co-pay, and coinsurance.
• Prepare AR, revenue, and payer performance reports for leadership and CF review prior to billing.
• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for billing and AR processes.
