The role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with responsibilities across patient preparation, documentation, and telehealth coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including virtual care to patients.
• Excellent people skills and strong communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physician visits and ensure smooth video/audio connectivity.
• Obtain telehealth consent forms and verify patient information.
• Document medical history, medications, and primary complaint; record vitals and labs.
• Conduct patient outreach, appointment confirmations, and chart prep for visits.
