Cardiovascular Associates of America - CVAUSA is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant to support patient care through coordination and engagement in their Heart Failure Program. This remote role involves telehealth scheduling, patient intake, and ensuring patient needs are met. Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant through the National Medical Assistant Certification exam (i.e. AAMA or NCCT) within one year.
• Must have at least 3 months’ experience in a prior medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the enrollment, engagement, and coordination of patients.
• Oversee the remote team’s telehealth schedule.
• Initiate patient intake over the phone.
• Organize, plan and deliver patient education.
• Perform clerical duties and assist with patient care management.
