Job summary

CareHarmony, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support referral management for high‑risk patients and assist with patient needs from a remote home office. This full‑time role Monday through Friday offers a consistent schedule with rare on-call obligations.

You will create patient charts, input medical information, and collaborate with Care Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate care. A certified Medical Assistant with strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate active and in good standing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive new patient referrals and create charts for all new patients.
• Input medical information in the patient chart and maintain accuracy.
• Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable.
• Foster a positive, supportive CareHarmony culture within the team.
• All duties as assigned to support care coordination goals.
