CareHarmony, a provider of value-based care management, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the team. This fully remote, full-time role supports referral management for high-risk patients and assists with patient needs from home.

Ideal candidates will have an active Medical Assistant certificate and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborates with Care Coordinators and other team members in a positive, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate must be active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive new patient referrals from clients.
• Create charts for all new patients.
• Input medical information in new chart.
• Help Care Coordinators with patient needs as applicable.
• Foster relationships with their team to ensure CareHarmony culture is positive and supportive.
