Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage primary and secondary claims and follow up with payors.
• Respond to billing inquiries from patients, insurers, and departments.
• Collaborate with clinics to resolve outstanding account balances.
• Resolve denials and submit appeals.
• Utilize resources to secure timely payment of open claims.
• Research correspondence and take action to resolve requests.
• Ensure daily AR goals contribute to company targets.
• Resolve accounts in follow-up queues.
